Heather is a dedicated advocate that brings a results-oriented and quality-driven approach to both her estate planning and family law practices. Her greatest strength is her attention to detail, and she believes in carefully tailoring her representation to the specific needs and interests of her clients. In her estate planning practice, she carefully listens to craft a thorough plan uniquely fitted to her client's wishes. In her family law practice, she believes that in most cases it is best to reach a mutually-agreeable resolution to save the expense of litigation, and engages in strategic negotiation in the tireless pursuit of her client's interests, from start to finish. However, Heather also has the foresight to recognize that not all cases can settle, and is prepared to use her knowledge of procedure, rules and the law to strive for the best possible litigated outcomes for her client.
During her free time, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the family cabin, hiking, reading, and attending soccer and other sporting events.
